The Olathe Firefighters Outreach is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Olathe, KS. Since 2019, we have been dedicated to supporting our local community in every way possible. With over 100 group members, our group is made up of more than off-duty first responders — we are neighbors, friends, and advocates for those in need.

Our organization is committed to making a difference through our belief of ‘Service Beyond the Flames,’ providing essential support and care to our community through a variety of impactful programs and initiatives.

At Olathe Firefighters Outreach, we’re more than firefighters—we’re neighbors and advocates for children in need. From donating coats to keep kids warm, to scholarships fueling bright futures, and literacy programs igniting a love for learning, we’re here for our community. When emergencies strike—like house fires—we step in quickly, offering immediate support to families in crisis. With a mission to make a difference, we proudly go 'beyond the flames' to meet local needs. Join us in creating a stronger, more compassionate community.

Since our inception in 2019, we've been able to accomplish many wonderful things in our community thanks to donors like YOU! Here are some of our accomplishments:

• Granted 9 -- $1,000 -- scholarships to High School students have shown an interest in pursuing a higher education in Fire Science of Public Safety.
• Donated over 20,000 LBS of fresh produce to local food banks when they are in need.
• Purchased and donated 1,200+ new winter coats to students in the Olathe Public Schools District who wouldn't have one otherwise.
• Donated over $30,000 to First Responders when they have faced difficult times with either medical expenses or emergencies.
