2025 Golf Tournament

The Olathe Firefighters Outreach is proud to announce that we will be hosting our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at Heritage Park Golf Course in Olathe, KS!

This exciting event will be a double shotgun tournament, with two tee times available:

• AM Session: Starts at 8:00 AM
  
• PM Session: Starts at 1:00 PM
  

Whether you're a returning player or a first-time participant, this is a great opportunity to support our mission while enjoying a fun day of golf, community, and giving back!

Golfers will be able to enjoy:

• Helicopter Golf Ball Drop (golf balls can be purchased for an additional cost, details below)

SPONSORSHIPS:

Cart Sponsor – $500 ***SOLD OUT!***

As the Cart Sponsor, your business will be featured on all golf carts used throughout the tournament. This is a great way to stay visible with participants all day long.

Hole Sponsor – $650

As a Hole Sponsor, your business will be promoted at one of the holes on the course. Sponsors have the option to set up a table or tent to engage directly with players, distribute promotional materials, or just have fun and build brand awareness.

Score Card Sponsor – $750 ***SOLD OUT!***

Every shot counts — and so does your brand! As the Score Card Sponsor, your business will be prominently featured on all scorecards used during the tournament. This ensures maximum visibility as players track their progress throughout the day.

Golf Ball Cannon Sponsor – $1,000 ***SOLD OUT!***

As the Golf Ball Cannon Sponsor, your business will be highlighted at one of the most exciting and memorable holes on the course where participants get to launch golf balls using a high-powered air cannon.

5 Alarm Sponsor – $2,500

Turn up the heat! As a 5 Alarm Sponsor, your business will receive significant recognition throughout the tournament, including logo placement on event signage, promotional materials, and digital communications. You'll also have the option to host a presence at a high-traffic area on the course.

5 Alarm Sponsor will also receive 1, 4-player team in the tournament.

Drink Sponsor – $3,500 ***SOLD OUT!***

As the Drink Sponsor, your brand will be recognized on all beverage stations and drink carts throughout the course. This includes signage and logo placement where players stop to refresh — ensuring your business is seen and appreciated all day long.

Drink Sponsor will also receive 1, 4-player team in the tournament.

Food Sponsor – $4,500 ***SOLD OUT!***

Fuel the fun! As the exclusive Food Sponsor, your business will be highlighted at all food service areas during the event. This includes signage near meals and snacks and recognition in event communications, making your brand synonymous with hospitality and good taste.

Food Sponsor will also receive 2, 4-player teams in the tournament. – Teams may be registered for either the 8AM or 1PM session, or both teams can play in the same session. Please indicate your preference when registering.

Title Event Sponsor – $7,500

As the Title Event Sponsor, your business will receive the highest level of exposure. This includes priority logo placement on all event signage, promotional materials, golf carts, scorecards, digital marketing and swag bag items. Your sponsorship helps drive the entire tournament, and your brand will be recognized as a key partner in supporting the Olathe Firefighters Outreach mission.

Title Event Sponsor will also receive 2, 4-player teams in the tournament. – Teams may be registered for either the 8AM or 1PM session, or both teams can play in the same session. Please indicate your preference when registering.

HELICOPTER GOLF BALL DROP:

Thanks to our friends at Airo Kansas City (formerly known as Kansas City Helicopter Tours), get ready to witness a one-of-a-kind spectacle on the golf course! As part of the tournament fun, a helicopter will drop 1,000 numbered golf balls from the sky — and the ball closest to the target hole wins the grand prize!

The Grand Prize Winner will have 3 items to choose from. All Prizes are valued at $1,000+
